Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit a page, the hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, date and time and the requested URL, to deliver the page and keep the service secure. This is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are kept only for a short period.
If you write to us, we use your message and address only to reply. We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless we have to keep it by law.
Project enquiry form
When you send the project form, we collect the type of project, your description, your current website (optional), the timeline and budget range, your name, email address, company (optional) and country, the language of the page and the time you gave your consent.
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.
To prevent spam, we store a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself, and use it only to limit the number of submissions.
Service providers: Supabase Inc. stores the form data in a database and Resend Inc. delivers the notification email to us. Both act as processors on our behalf under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EU, this is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Form enquiries are deleted automatically 12 months after we receive them, unless they lead to a contract, in which case the statutory retention periods apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to object and to data portability, and to complain to a data protection authority. Write to us to exercise these rights.
